Return and Exchange Policy
Return/Exchange is only applicable if the product that was received by you suffers a manufacturing defect.
You can return or exchange the product within 7 days after an order has been delivered. Our team should be notified for return/exchange within the first 7 days of the order being received at email@example.com
To be eligible for a return/exchange, product must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Exchange is only applicable if the product that was received by you is defective and it will can be only exchanged for the same product model.
Return/Exchange is not applicable if the product has natural irregularities and minor variations since all the products are handmade and of complex nature.

If the product is deemed not defective, the outcome will be further discussed with you through email or phone call.
If the product is confirmed to be defective through the images, you are requested to ship the product back to us.

Refunds (if applicable)
After the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain number of days as follows:
Card - If you have paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
Cash on Delivery - If you paid cash on delivery, then we will request your bank account details and we will refund the balance directly to your bank account.
